I bought this item for my Graco pack n play. It was the only item to be found on Amazon that says it was specifically for the pack n play. I washed it according to the care instructions. When I placed it around the pack n play "mattress", it was too big and bulky. If SIDS is a concern for you, I would not recommend this product. I may try washing it in hot water and drying it with high heat to shrink it, but so far I am not impressed at all.
